Choose one only The per-acre price reported here is the arithmetic mean of the easement per-acre prices. This is called the "transaction mean" in the University's official land sales reports. This number is what you'll find on the RIM Easement section of MLE Map. If you want instead the "area mean," the average price weighted by the size of the easement ,you should calculate first the sum of the total sale prices, then the sum of the easement sizes.
